Common questions

I lost my progress

Progress is saved on your iPhone and in your iCloud. Check that iCloud is on for Block Prism in the iOS Settings app, then open Block Prism, go to Settings, then Accounts and sync, and tap Sync now.

My purchase is missing

Open Block Prism, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Purchases made with your Apple Account come back. Cores are saved with your progress.

An ad did not give a reward

Rewards are given only when an ad plays to the end. If you closed it early or it failed to play, nothing is lost and you can try again.

How does the Daily Challenge work?

Everyone gets the same puzzle each day. Reach the score targets for up to three stars.

Why are there ads?

Block Prism is free to play thanks to ads. Remove Ads takes away the ones between runs. Reward ads are always optional. See Privacy Policy for what ad partners can see.

How do I report an ad?

Open Settings, then Privacy and data, then Report an ad. Pick the ad you saw and the reason. You can also email us.

How do I turn off effects?

Open Settings, then Accessibility, and turn on Reduce Motion and Reduce Flashing. Color Assist, which engraves a symbol on every block, is in the same place.

Does Block Prism work offline?

You can play Classic and the Daily Challenge without a connection. Ads, purchases and iCloud sync need one.

Which devices does it run on?

Block Prism is made for iPhone and needs iOS 16 or later. On iPad it runs as an iPhone-width column.

How do I delete my data?

You can do it in the app under Settings, then Privacy and data, then Delete my data. If you cannot open the app, see Delete your data.
